We invite experienced developers to submit qualifications for consideration. The selected developer will have the opportunity to negotiate a development agreement with the Village of Lake Villa.
After qualifications are received by the Village's review team, interviews and requests for additional information will be coordinated with finalist firm(s).
It is anticipated that a final selection by the Village will be made on May 19, 2025.
